BREWING TIPS

Hot: Use one dessertspoon per cup, add boiling water and infuse for 8-10 minutes.

Iced:  Use two dessertspoons per cup, add boiling water, infuse for 4 minutes and serve over ice.

Cold-brewed: Add two teaspoons per cup to a bottle or container of filtered water and refrigerate overnight. Leave the leaves in the bottle and top up with fresh water after each use for a refreshing infusion for the whole day.
